Some jobs like hard drive or operating system replacement can make the system different to use, our warranty does not cover tutoring of any kind.
Reinfection of malware caused unknowingly by the user
A problem occurs that is completely unrelated to the work undertaken by us
If a computer is reformatted and has its operating system reinstalled, any programs/shortcuts/customizations lost are unrecoverable unless you have the disc or key for said software.
Network/internet connection issues that happen weeks/months after bringing your computer to us will not have been caused by our work, please contact your service provider regarding these matters.

Here at The Computer Bay, we always go out of our way to provide a level of customer service beyond most people's expectations. Part of this means that any time we work on a PC or Laptop, we offer a 30 day repair warranty which means that you are entitled to a second look within that time frame, if there is a problem with any of the work we have done.
If the problem persists after we have taken a second look, we will happily offer you a full refund, no questions asked!
